Quick Intro:We are local Tampa family that have been in the area for dozens of years. This RV serves dual purpose for us, as an adventure machine for a monthly getaway (time permitted) and as a source of income to keep all the maintenance on it up today. These RVs sure require a lot of investment! And we do our best keep in running and working great. This is our small side project to share the overall expenses, where most of the proceed are reinvested right back into the RV. We also make monthly donations to local charities if we happen to bring in more money then we spent. In conclusion, we always love meeting new nice people and sharing our RV with them!Main Camper Feutures:-Propane stove top and microwave for cooking

-AwningThis camper features an RV queen bed out front and a slide out with dinette that converts into a second twin sized bed. Extra low weight at only 3315 lbs dry weight and about 4,500 lbs fully loaded with tanks and storage filled up.The camper will require a 2 5/16 ball on your hitch for pick up. Trailer also has electric brakes installed and brake controller is recommended. Standard 7 blade connection is set up on the trailer for wiring to the tow vehicle.We can deliver it in Tampa Bay area set it up and then pick up for an extra fee. Normally that would be around extra $100-$200 depending on the distance. We can deliver pretty much anywhere in Florida but extra fees would apply. Please feel free to contact with any questions.*Instant book is for pick up only. If you need delivery please contact before booking for exact quote and details.What’S Included:First and foremost the RV will come completely cleaned out on the inside and with no extra personal stuff laying around. Personally, when we travel we try to pack as light as possible. The only real essential is a bed set, which we also offer as a per trip extra if you happen to fly in from out of town or just don’t want to bring your own sheets. We also offer cooking set and utensils, although these are not as essential as most campsites will have a grill set up outside.Some of the things we usually do keep in the RV for guests:-Coffee maker
-RV grade toilet paper
-Water hose
-Sewage hose
-Power cable to connect to campsiteWe offer some additional items as rental extras, but if you do require anything specific just send a message and we’ll be happy to oblige if at all possible.Other Info:-Long term trip are accepted and welcome
-We love pets and welcome them but please keep in mind an extra fee will be charged due to extra clean up required
-If extensive clean is to be required (lots of sand, dirt, difficult to remove stains) at the end of the trip there may an additional fee up to $250.
-Absolutely NO Smoking! Please be nice to us and other future renters. If any evidence or smoking odor is discovered a smoking removal fee anywhere from $250-500 may be charged.
