Dear Bill and staff. We wanted to start by saying what a truly wonderful experience we have had. Nothing has taken away from what has been an amazing nine weeks traveling the USA in the RV you rented to us. We are glad you fought for our business! As you know, this is our third trip of this kind. While our second trip will probably remain our favorite in terms of destinations (the west coast ), when it comes to the RV itself, we would absolutely return to you and recommend you without hesitation. Sean found the RV very easy to handle and drive, and I found it the easiest I have experienced in terms of usability and keeping it clean. We both felt it was the most comfortable for sitting inside. Your customer service has also been excellent. In those first couple of weeks, while we were still getting familiar with everything, we reached out fairly often with questions and the occasional concern. You were always responsive, helpful, and supportive in addressing both perceived and the few real issues that arose. We know being foreigners and renting for a long 9 weeks was new to you but you did your best to ensure we had the best time. A word to other renters is to be aware that the RVs come without anything inside ( even coat hangers ) so you do have to either bring your own things ( from USA) or go straight to Walmart to kit the van out before you set off. We needed so many things over and above what Bill agreed to provide us (for a special deal because it was such a long trip) but we only spent around $1000 extra and it was still cheaper than a fully kitted out rental of the same type. We genuinely hope your business continues to thrive. We will certainly recommend you at every turn!

There was great communication from Outdoorsy leading up to our trip which had us in a very positive mindset. The day before we were advised that the RV we had chosen had mechanical issues and we were getting an "upgrade", we said fine. The vehicle itself was adequate but the preparation, amenities were less than expected. Our planned unit had a coffee maker so we didn't bring one, problem was the replacement RV had no coffee pot. The unit had no silverware, utensils, pots, paper towels, dishwashing soap and on top of that there were no sheets for the bed or an outdoor carpet for the steps. The unit was not clean as the refrigerator shelves were filthy and our feet got black walking on the floors that were so dirty. The man that dropped it off was in a rush and didn't do a good job of walking us through everything. The good news is that it was freezing outside but the generator, heater and hot water all worked fine.

The rental overall was satisfactory. I would have liked to receive the rental with full fuel tanks. I immediately placed $40.00 of fuel in RV before driving to campground. It's important because I cannot move RV during week less lose my spot. Full fuel tanks insure generator operations for the week. I returned the RV with Full Fuel Tanks. The entry step stairs where inoperable. The step stairs provided where at best marginal safety wise. One needed to be specially careful getting into and out of the RV. They were not very stable.

This RV was perfect for our needs. There is a lot of seating and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. Plenty of storage as well. We plan on using this same RV again in the future.

It was great to work with Journey RV. As a first time RV renter, I had lots of questions and Bill was patient and knowledgeable. They delivered the RV to us and had everything ready to go. It was super simple!
