We are very excite about our family's new trailer and are excited to share it with you. There is plenty of space inside and some great features that we love: It has 1 slide out, a large Hdtv, electric fireplace, a sleeper sofa and a U shaped booth dinette in the living area. The kitchen has a stove top with oven, microwave, large single bowl sink and a two door refrigerator. A large pantry behind the tv stores so much, so you'll have plenty of room for your own food storage. At the mid section is a spacious full bathroom with a walk in shower. Lots of room here. At the rear is a set of double over double bunks. Storage is provided next to the bunks along with a ladder to help getting to the top bunk. The bedroom has a walk around queen bed with mirrored closets and overhead and under bed storage. Outside you will find a power awning and a small outdoor refrigerator.Inside the trailer you will find the kitchen fully stocked with everything you'd need to make and prep your meals. Coffee maker, toaster, a hand mixer, place setting for 6. Basic cleaning supplies are also provided. Outside we have a propane grill, camping chairs, and outdoor games including ladder ball and bouce. Inside entertainment includes puzzles, and several board games. Bring your own linens and food and you are ready to go.The unit has a dry weight of 7600 pounds which will require at at least a half-ton truck to tow it. A stabilizing hitch is included which really makes this unit easy to haul. The unit also comes with power stabilizer jacks (super handy), outdoor and power tongue jack. 2 full size propane tanks, a solar cell, and a large freshwater tank will allow for limited service sites. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

During the summer months pick-up and drop off times are flexible. During the school year we are available after 5 pm on weekdays for pick-up, weekends remain flexible.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

To utilize all the features of the trailer you will want to make sure your site has 50 amp service. Service sites should come with water hook-up. This will allow you to use unlimited amounts of fresh water. Sewer hook ups will allow you to dump your holding tanks at the site. A tank status indicator is in the trailer. With a 78 gal grey water capacity (sinks and shower) and 28 gal black tank (toilet), the tanks can last several days. Always dump the black water before the grey water tank.

Hi. We are very excited to share with you our love for camping. After many years of tent camping my family and I decided that trailer camping is the way to go. Trailer camping allow you to still get out into nature and explore the many wonderful parks will also allowing you to not have to sleep on the ground. The added amenities of a kitchen and bathroom eliminates those middle of the night runs to the camp bathroom and you do not have to worry about ice running out for your cooler. Our family of 4 (plus 1 dog) goes out about 4-5 times a year. While we enjoy the sights and amenities of the places we visit, we also just like the quality family time that camping allows. As a school teacher summers are the perfect time for us to get away. Places with water access are high in our priority list of sights to visit as we have recently gotten into the paddle board craze.
