Grand Design Reflection

1. No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited inside any enclosed rental unit. A minimum $1,500 cleaning and odor remediation fee will apply if smoke or odors are detected. 2. Pet Policy (RV Units Only): Dogs are allowed with prior approval only. Renters are responsible for all pet-related damage, stains, odors, or excessive cleaning. 3. Tickets, Tolls, Tows, and Impounds: Renters are responsible for all tickets, tolls, towing charges, impound fees, storage fees, and related costs incurred during the rental period, even if received after the rental has ended. 4. Tire Damage and Roadside Service: Renters are responsible for tire damage, blowouts, punctures, roadside service calls, towing, and replacement costs during the rental period. 5. Mechanical Issues and Breakdowns: Renters must immediately notify Rolling Adventures RV of any mechanical issue, warning light, breakdown, or equipment failure. Unauthorized repairs will only be reimbursed with prior approval and receipts. 6. Tow Vehicle Requirements (Trailer Rentals): Renters towing trailers must have a properly rated tow vehicle, functioning brake controller if required, proper hitch setup, and correct hitch ball size. 7. Trailer and Equipment Loading: Trailers may not be overloaded. Loads must be safely distributed and secured. Dump trailers must be returned empty and reasonably clean. 8. RV System Operation: Operating instructions may be provided through walkthroughs or videos. Damage caused by improper use is the renter’s responsibility. 9. Awning Use (RV Units Only): Awnings are not covered by insurance. Any awning damage is the renter’s responsibility. 10. Roof Access: Climbing on the roof of any rental unit is strictly prohibited. 11. Speed and Driving Safety: Renters must not exceed 70 MPH while towing or operating any rental unit. 12. GPS Tracking: Some rental units may be equipped with GPS tracking devices for safety, security, and policy compliance purposes.
