Michelle was easy to work with, responsive to questions, and made delivery/return smooth. Wayne provided a detailed walkthrough. They were available during the trip and included a welcome basket with dog treats.

Billy is clean, fully functioning, and in great shape. It offers ample storage for families and pets, and is very well stocked with essentials like towels, bedding, spices, and cookware.
