It was easy to contact and rent the trailer from Susan and Matthew. We were first time renters and they explained important things to us and were available on text messages during the trip. The RV is in good quality and everything works well. It can easily sleep 6 people - we were five of us. We had a really positive and memorable experience! Thank you.

The RV was a great choice for our small group bike trip to the Okanagan. The RV and equipment was comfortable and in great condition and worked well and the host Susan communicated very well. We had a fabulous time.

Great RV and Great communication from host.

Susan and Matthew were very responsive and accommodated our last minute reservation when our original booking was cancelled by the other owner, leaving us stranded. The RV is in great condition, both inside and outside. All interior photos are as per the listing; everything is in great working order and accommodated our family of 6 easily. The unit is very spacious once the slider is out. The unit came totally empty, so we had to bring everything ourselves. This worked for us being local, but will not work for someone out of town. The pick up location is not as listed on the ad, but is very close. The only issue with the unit is that the water tank emptied along the way so when we got to the next destination we had very little water left and no water hookup. This seems to be a design issue with Jayco (googled it) so fill the tank at destination or close to it, if possible. Also the amenities in the listing are not listed correctly. Somehow it says no sink and no hookup connections, which is obviously not true.
