- Roof is wrapped in 14 guage aluminum sheeting (2024) to ensure permanent waterproofing (and for future roof-top deck).
- It has a brand new Suburban (porcelain-lined tank) water heater with new electrical and one-touch activation, and new plumbing (2024). - Arvie has a full washroom with a shower and new shower head directly underneath the bathroom skylight vent for waterfall setting.
- Brand new highly-rated Seaflo Toilet. Full kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, and microwave.
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6-7 people depending on age. There is one amazing new queen bed (2023) and two twin beds. The dining area converts into a twin bed. It has two bunks each rated to hold 220lbs, one for storage and one bunk built out with the second twin bed.
- New fully opening sky light (Dometic Mini Heki 16"x16") over the bed with retractable black-out and fly screens.
- New outdoor shower is heated.
- One-touch propane system has heat vents in the bathroom, bedroom and dining areas respectively.
- Modern fridge and freezer work off propane.
- Designer window curtains throughout.
