I am about 10 mins from SJC and 40 mins from SFO.

Does the roof top tent (rtt) include sleeping bags or is it ready to sleep in?

The roof top tent is ready to sleep in with its comfy cushion underneath but I do recommend bringing your own sheets or sleeping bag. I can provide a sleeping bag if needed.

Is it hard to use the roof top tent?

It's very easy to use. It basically takes about a minute to pop-up the tent. And also, just about a minute to close it as well. You'll love it!
