Résumé de l'évaluation

Highly communicative and very helpful

Spencer and Geri are consistently praised for excellent communication, being very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They often go above and beyond to ensure a smooth trip. Some guests, however, experienced host cancellations, and one review noted Spencer as rude.

Drives well and easy to handle

Guests praise the RV for driving well, being easy to handle, and offering comfortable, spacious accommodations. However, several mechanical and maintenance issues have been reported, including a generator causing gas smell/CO alarm, non-working water pump/awning, broken amenities (TVs, fan), and significant cleanliness concerns.
