We do not allow you to pick it up and take it we rather that be on us incase something goes wrong so you let us know where it is going and we will have it ready for you.
It comes with a queen size mattress in the bed room (it is a regular queen to give tall people leg room) with lots of closet space to hang clothes. You can turn the dinning room table into a full sized bed and the couch turns into a mattress we also have a queen size blow up mattress. Dishes and utensils are included. The bathroom has towels and wash rags. We also have blankets and linens, for the bed and futon and air mattress whatever ya'll would like to use.
