By signing below I agree to return the unit in the condition it left in; meaning the LP gas must be refilled, the exterior and interior of the unit must be cleaned (this includes cleaning the toilet, shower, sinks, fridge, etc.), the black and grey tanks have to be dumped, and any/all keys, water hose, sewer hose, 30F-15M adapter, water regulator, rented equipment included in the rental, all must be returned in good condition, or I will be charged to replace these items. If renting a motor home, the unit must also have a full tank of gas prior to returning. I understand that if I do not return the unit in the condition it left that I will be charged $67.50 for an exterior clean, $135 for an interior clean, $65 for dumping the Grey/Black Tanks, $45 for LP gas refill, $50 plus the cost of fuel to gas the Rental vehicle. I understand that the unit is to remain smoke free and pet free; if the evidence of a pet or smoking is found in the unit upon return I agree to be charged a fee of $350 for special cleaning services. I agree to the terms listed throughout this contract and give Kunes RV Green Bay Rentals, Inc. the authority to charge my card on file for any fees I may incur.

We are conveniently located along side hwy 41 on the frontage road in Green Bay, WI. We offer pick times Monday-Friday 1PM-4PM (We Currently Do not Offer Saturday Pick ups or Drop Offs) and drop off times Monday-Friday between 9am-11am; we are closed Sundays and all Major Holidays therefore pick up and drop off times will be unavailable these days.
Our Motorhomes Require you to have Insurance, which we conveniently offer if your car/truck insurance will not cover the rental; we offer several insurance plans and even road side assistance! Please note that when using your personal insurance, we do require proof from your insurance company. Travel Trailers require liability insurance on your vehicle which you will most likely already have with your car/truck insurance, however you have the option to add additional insurance if you would like to.
We do not currently offer any discounts on our Motorhome rentals, whether you are going 3 nights or 7 nights the nightly rate remains the same. Our Travel Trailers are listed at a discounted nightly rate if you were going 7 nights or more; if you are only going 3,4,5, or 6 nights, the rate will be higher than what is listed on our site.
Motorhomes also have a 31 cents a mile charge added to the rental, we do not offer free miles at this time; generator use is free.
