3.0Although you guys are very responsive, this year's experience was definitely not as positive as in the past. The trailers weren't very clean, the tank was still full and some of the items weren't working properly. Many of the overhead lights in the camper weren't operational. The lack of kitchen towels/cloths and bedding this year was also unexpected and with us never having had to bring them, we definitely didn't plan great in the kitchen area! Maybe a list of things we would need would be helpful. We had never rented without these so found ourselves struggling!
