Responsive communication, flexible service
Bess was communicative and adapted to changing pick-up/drop-off locations and times, providing seamless delivery. However, there were two instances of bookings canceled close to departure.
Pristine, well-appointed trailer
Guests consistently noted the trailer was 'brand new' or 'almost new' and 'very clean'. It was also described as 'coming with everything you needed'.
