• Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes) is allowed inside the vehicle or near the open windows/doors. Any detection of smoke odor, ash, or burn marks will result in a cleaning and deodorizing fee by a professional remediation specialist plus a $100 service fee. • Racks, towing behind the trailer or other attachments to the exterior of the vehicle is prohibited. • Renter is responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded • No Roof Access: Renters are strictly prohibited from standing on the roof of the trailer for any reason. • Holding Tanks Fee: The trailer must be returned with both the black and gray water tanks completely emptied and flushed. A flat $150 dumping fee will be deducted from the security deposit if the tanks are returned full. (Note: This fee is waived if you selected our optional delivery service or optional hassle-free waste tank add-on). • Propane Refill Fee ($50 + Cost of Fuel): If you choose not to purchase the Pre-Paid Propane add-on and return the RV with empty or partially empty tanks, a $50 refueling service fee plus the actual cost of the propane will be deducted from your security deposit. Save money and hassle by selecting the prepay option ahead of time! • Towing Safety Limit: If towing yourself, the tow vehicle must have a verified towing capacity of at least 7,500 lbs and a functional in-cab electronic brake controller. We reserve the right to cancel the booking at pickup with no refund if the tow vehicle is unsafe or unrated for this load. • Excessive Dirtiness Fee: If the RV is returned with caked-on mud, deep upholstery stains, excessive trash left inside, or if it requires deep detailing beyond standard normal use, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged post-trip against the security deposit.
