• Awning is sensitive to winds, please retract the awning if winds exceed 15 mph. • No Smoking/Vaping = $250 fee will be applied for Shampoo Service. • Pet Urine/Feces = $250 will be applied for Shampoo Service. Please do not leave pets unattended in the Camper. • No Festivals • No Tailgating • Check In and Check Out times are flexible and will typically be 1 hour prior to your Campsites Check In and Check Out. We will make arrangements with your Campsite to have the trailer set up for your arrival. We will also arrive 1 hour prior to your Campsites Check Out time to pack up on time. Customer must be present for check in and check out for pre and post inspection. • Late Return Policy- trailer due by the time specified in your rental agreement. We offer a 1-hour grace period for unexpected delays. If the vehicle is returned more than 1 hour past the scheduled time, a flat $30 administrative fee will be applied. A prorated hourly charge based on the vehicle's daily rental rate will be charged for every hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled return time. • Equipment Inventory: An inventory check is conducted before and after every rental. Guest are responsible for missing or damaged property including fixtures, furnishings, interior/exterior amenities, both secured and mobile. These may be items not covered by an insurance claim, such as awning, tailgate, or spare tire. Guest agrees to pay the actual cost of replacement plus a 20% handling fee.
