Great family RV to meet your family needs! Easily sleeps a family of 6 comfortably. Bring your own linens, dishes and cookware if you'd like, or we can provide.King bed in the rear with it's own TV and direct access to the bathroom. Has it's own A/C unit to keep the room nice and cold for those that sleep warm. Lots of storage and closet space for long trips.Front has a full size bed above captain seats. Sofa and dining table turn into full size beds as well. Kitchen has propane range, propane oven and microwave. Perfect for making chicken nuggets for one kid and mac 'n cheese for the other. Lots of cupboard space for food and snacks. Lots of space to move around when all the kids are at the table and sofa looking at their phones playing Angry Birds (or whatever kids play nowadays). Big TV above table for everyone to catch up on Family Feud.Two twin size bunk beds for the kids (or the adults under 6'2"). There are outlets in the each bed to keep all tablets charged up. There are individual lights in the beds and curtains that can close.Stepping to the exterior of the RV, there is a large TV on the outside of the RV underneath the 20 foot awning that lets everyone enjoy nature as nature intended: watching College Football on Saturdays. TV is big enough to hold 10 adult chairs around it and give everyone a great view. But for those that are looking for other activities, there are 3 storage bays under the awning that can hold anything from hiking equipment to inflatable boats. Stumbling in the dark of the morning trying to set up your mountain bike? Flip the switch to the outside LED lights under the awning and boom! Complete daylight no matter how dark. Warning - do not look directly into the light!This RV has it all. The interior space to enjoy family while not feeling crowded. The exterior space to enjoy being outside and going camping. We will give you all the tools needed to have a great camping trip. Have any questions? Please message me and we can cover any questions you may have.The RV will be ready to go when it is time for you to travel. We will have a fresh tank of water and a full tank of gas to get you on the road. Please return RV with a full tank of gas.Bed linens and pillows for 2 will come stocked already. If you require more linens or towels and other things please inquire above on additional fees. Just let us know your travel needs.We will give you a solid run down upon handing over the keys, so that you can confidently go about your adventure. We will also include a complete manual to hopefully answer any questions you may have while on the road.Septic System: Only the included RV approved toilet paper may be used in RV toilets. Anything else such as paper towels, baby wipes, feminine products, etc. will clog the RV sewage system and will result in a $350.00 damage fee.Any damages, fuel usage, miles or generator overage will be taken from the renter's security deposit. Absolutely no smoking inside the RV. This will result in $1000 damage fee.Pickup and drop off are at 5:00 pm. If early pickup or early drop off is needed, there is a fee associated.
