Your vehicle must have a towing capacity of up to 7500 lbs. To pull you Must have a vehicle with a Class III (or better) receiver. We'll provide the hitch and sway control system, absolutely no pulling a trailer on a bumper ball. You Must have a 7-way trailer connector installed on your vehicle and electric trailer brake controller.Rental Fee includes leveling blocks, flexible sewer line, water line, 30 amp electrical cable and 30 amp adapter, 2 full connected propane tanks, 1 set of queen, 1 set of double and 1 set of twin bed linens (additional sets of linens available for a fee).NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own bath towels and wash cloths, toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above.Important: For safety reasons, no open flames (candles, matches, lighters, gas lanterns, etc.) are to be used inside the trailer except to light the gas stove top. Please use a long match or lighter to do this. No smoking or vaping of ANY Kind is forbidden inside or near the trailer. Any evidence of smoking inside the trailer will result in additional cleaning fees and potential loss of security deposit. Please note that we do NOT grant requests for prior day pick up of the trailer. Rental is based on per night, so you will need to book from the date you want to pick it up through the date you return it.
