Jacob (and Jake) consistently delivered, set up, and picked up the trailer on time. They provided thorough explanations of features, offered prompt communication, and were friendly, professional, and easy to work with, even orienting the unit as requested.

The 2015 Forest River Salem was consistently clean and functional. It was spacious, well-stocked with essentials and extras, and offered comfortable sleeping options including bunks and a private bedroom. It was perfect for families, even for dry camping.
