4.0The renters were very responsive and flexible for pick up and drop off. The only challenge was they had not been able to remove a smell from the freezer from a previous renter prior to picking it up. I know they tried, but ultimately it kept us from using the refrigerator/freezer the entire trip. Everything else was an absolute pleasure.
