2.0This RV was not clean. The two biggest problems upon inspection: urine all over the toilet and maggots in the kitchen trashcan. John attempted to clean out the maggots before we left with the RV. I still had to put up with the lingering rotten smell and a large number of fruit flies flying in my face during my 2 hour drive to the campsite. I should’ve refused this motorhome however we already had our vacation plans set. There was a two day rental surcharge of $150 and a $150 fee for failing to dump the tanks. I asked John to waive the dump fee in exchange for my experience and instead he only took $50 off, I had to reach back out and ask him to adjust it, he did, but then he reached back out to me to complain about the number of bugs I hit while driving, I didn’t even bother to respond. I wouldn’t have had to drive at night if the RV had been clean and maggot free upon my arrival.

5.0John was very communicative and we loved the amount of space in the RV (for 3 people) and the thought he put into the equipment, amenities, etc that were provided. There was a issue with cleanliness from a previous renter but John resolved it nicely and we had a wonderful camping weekend!

What other fees do you charge?

I am a neat freak. The "She Shed" will be clean, full of fuel and water and with holding tanks empty when you pick it up. Please return it in the same condition. I assess a $150 surcharge on TWO NIGHT THREE DAY rentals. I also supply a 10'x 10' canopy instead of the unit awning. This is an alternative to the awning which is very easy to break and expensive to replace. Fees as follows for incomplete return: Dump Fee $150.00 Cleaning Fee $150.00 Fuel Fees $2.00 above prevailing rate
