I do charge a $105.00 fee on all rentals. What's it for? Well, no matter how much you clean, I will clean more! In addition, it allows you flexibility of several hours on pickup and return times. It covers communications with Outdoorsy and incidental communication while on your trip. Same fee as mentioned above!

What other fees do you charge?

I am a neat freak. The "She Shed" will be clean, full of fuel and water and with holding tanks empty when you pick it up. Please return it in the same condition. I assess a $150 surcharge on TWO NIGHT THREE DAY rentals. I also supply a 10'x 10' canopy instead of the unit awning. This is an alternative to the awning which is very easy to break and expensive to replace. Fees as follows for incomplete return: Dump Fee $150.00 Cleaning Fee $150.00 Fuel Fees $2.00 above prevailing rate
