Brand new Trailer for you to enjoy the outdoors with all the amenities like home. Accommodates eight people: 2 on the queen bed, one on the couch, one on the table bed and two on each of the full bunk beds(Top bed has a maximum capacity of 300 lbs.) Linen, towels, blankets, washcloths, kitchen utensils, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters, sugar. It also features a coffee maker, stove, fridge, A/C, heater, water heater, generator unlimited, two propane tanks, camping chairs and table, outdoor rug. Lots of storages under the beds and on the ends of the trailer. Indoor/outdoor sound system, electric awning. Please Contact ME First FOR Delivery AND Pets Options!!! Pets allowed with a fee, but not Allowed ON BED AND Furniture. The NON Disclosed FEE Will Apply IF DOG Hair Found IN Bedding.

Hi all!! Me and my husband love anything outdoors and traveling in general. We have been camping for many years with tents, pop-ups and truck campers. We decided it was about time to upgrade, for us, this is real luxury. Please do not smoke inside the trailer. Do not open the awning if windy and /or there is not a responsible adult that can retract it, it's expensive to replace and it will be charged to your account. If you are leaving the trailer retract it and leave. Please read and follow the “Instructions ” inside the trailer.
