NO PETS are allowed inside the rental equipment or within a reasonable perimeter of this Unit outside. Sorry! If there are Any signs or traces of pets inside or outside this Unit , additional fines above and beyond the security deposit will be incurred.

What about the last day and clean-up of the Add-ons and Trailer Unit it self?
R.
No worries, we will take care of it. As long as you have made a reasonable effort to make sure things are accounted for, refuge is where it should be (in the trash and down the toilet), its all included in the pricing. Additional costs could be charged to your account if there is damage or loss to the Unit and any of the rental add-ons, or if excessive cleaning is needed.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
WE will setup up the entire Unit for you before you arrive or when you arrive. Whether your reserved location has full hook-ups or you are "dry camping" we will take care of it, all based on your instructions. Along with your "Add-ons" we like to get specifics from you ahead of time, and as long as there is phone service we can communicate through facetime or TEAMS to handle any questions that might arise while you are traveling to your amazing Southern Utah destination.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
WE DELIVER the UNIT to your reserved location (this locale must be able to fit a 44ft fifth wheel). We are very flexible on your requested timing of delivery and pick up. Our separate trip charges (initial delivery, final pick up, or additional trips per request from you) include the set up and takedown services.
