Résumé de l'évaluation
Highly communicative and helpful
Robert (Rob/Bob) consistently offers quick responses, thorough walkthroughs with checklists and videos, and goes above and beyond, like covering tire repairs or being flexible with schedules, making trips smooth.
Easy to drive with good MPG
The 2019 Entegra Coach Qwest is consistently clean, spacious, and easy to maneuver, even on narrow roads. Its Mercedes diesel engine delivers 20+ MPG and it's well-equipped with amenities like AC, kitchenware, and a comfortable layout.

5.0We were able to communicate easily with our host from the day before the trip, to when we would arrive, and especially when we locked the keys inside. He always answered quickly. The RV was spacious and clean. We loved it!

5.0The RV was clean and ready to go, and the owner went over everything with us clearly. When we were confused about something, he answered promptly and helped us figure it out. We ended up with the tire splitting- not a maintenance issue, but one that is apparently a manufacturing trouble spot. The owner was helpful, communicative, and paid for the repairs so we could get back to our vacation. Honestly, 10/10 would rent again. The only downside is the bed is a little thin, but we just used the bench seat cushions tucked under it to cover the ridge of the bed's platform and were fine. Nothing I'd dock points for though.
