Jeff communicates quickly, is thorough with instructions, and addresses concerns. He discloses known issues at pickup. However, multiple bookings were canceled, and a renter was charged for disputed usage and repairs.
Powerful engine, comfortable driving
RV has a powerful engine, comfortable seating, and spacious interior with a well-equipped kitchen. It features excellent AC/heater. However, the slide-out is frequently finicky, auto-leveling was broken as of mid-2024, and minor parts like a mirror or hubcap can detach.

1.0Tried to get a technician to fix the slide and they couldn't get it done. They directed me to a RV specialist in Scottsdale and I got scammed for a $330 diagnostic fee and couldn't get it done.
