Welcome to the Northland!- Please ask us about local delivery discounts! -The travel trailer is fully equipped for the ultimate family adventure, couple retreat, or solo trip. We’d like to point out the following highlights that we particularly enjoy about our trailer:The Northland offers amazing views wherever you are! The large windows in the living room and dining area give you the perfect panoramic view to watch the sunset, the rain, or the birds. For times when you prefer privacy, all windows feature fully functional miniblinds.The trailer feels much more spacious than any other 30 footer thanks to its 13-foot long superslide in the living area. The superslide also holds a comfortable leather couch that can be converted hassle-free into a twin bed for your kids or visitors, as well as the dining nook, which also converts into a twin bed.For those who like to cook: the Northland features a rear kitchen, which has the advantage of offering more counter space than other models, and of course contributes to the spacious feel. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with a microwave, gas stove, gas oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, toaster, and real dishes and silverware to dine in style.After dinner or on rainy days, you might want to sit back and relax in one of the swivel rocking chairs in the living room while chatting with your family, playing games (yes, the trailer comes with a selection), watching TV, or contemplating your life.When it’s time to rest, you will enjoy the comfy queen bed in the master bedroom. And especially taller folks will be happy to know that thanks to the bed’s full length, their feet won’t be dangling off the edge all night :)Ce qui est inclusA few practical highlights:
- If you are towing the RV yourself, we require a third party professional to inspect your truck to ensure all towing equipment is in good working order and to verify your truck is 3/4 ton or higher. This must be documented and a copy provided before rental and inspections must be within 3 months of rental start date. U-haul typically provides this inspection free of charge.
- The trailer comes with two 20lbs propane tanks. If you prefer, we can also provide you with an additional two 40lbs propane tanks. We will provide full tanks upon pickup.
- We provide an electric heater and a dehumidifier upon request at no additional charge to optimize climate control if this is something important to you
- We provide all bedding, linens, and towels unless you prefer to use your own

- Please return the trailer in the same condition you picked it up in. Any damage or excessive soiling will be deducted from your deposit.
- Please return the trailer with grey and black tanks emptied. We will apply an extra charge should tanks be returned full.
- Please fill up propane tanks prior to returning the trailer.
