To take full advantage of this camper, you must be plugged into electricity with 30 amp power. Otherwise you will not be able to use most features of this camper. If dry camping, you're basically getting a fancy hard sided tent. This camper is 6 years old and has been used pretty good. It has dings and scratches but no major damages. Please no smoking in camper. We realize that camping is dirty, but please attempt to keep camper reasonably clean. If you are able, please dump the black and grey water tanks. The camper can be picked up after 10 am and please have returned by 6 pm on the day of the return. Also, to be safe, please have trailer pulling experience and use a vehicle that can tow at least 5000 pounds. You will need a 2" trailer ball, a 7-pin trailer connector, and preferably a trailer brake to control the trailer's electric brake.
