General Rules
-No smoking or vaping inside the camper. This will result in additional cleaning fees.
-No illegal substances or excessive alcohol use inside the camper.
-No climbing on the roof at any time.
-Please keep all pets off beds and furniture if you choose the pet-friendly option
Bathroom & Tanks
-Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. (Provided with your rental.)
-Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or diapers.
-If you are not selecting the “tank emptying” add-on, black and gray tanks must be emptied before return to avoid additional fees.
Electrical, Water & Appliances
-Do not run the AC and microwave at the same time unless on full-hookup camp power to avoid tripping breakers.
-Turn off outdoor kitchen equipment and close propane tanks when not in use.
-Report any issues with appliances immediately so they can be addressed quickly.
Travel & Towing (if renter is towing)
-Must have a compatible truck, hitch, and brake controller.
-Follow all weight and speed recommendations. No towing over 65 mph.
-Renter is responsible for safely securing all doors, awnings, TV, Kitchen appliances, and storage compartments before moving the camper.
Awning Use
-Do NOT use the awning during strong winds, storms, or while away from the campsite. Awning damage is extremely common and renter is responsible for repair costs.
-Close the awning whenever you leave the campsite or if wind picks up.
Checkout
-Remove all trash
-Place all used linens/towels in the hamper near the master bedroom or bathroom
-Clean and return any dishes to cabinets
-Return keys to the designated spot
-Complete tank dump (if required)
-Notify us when you have fully vacated the camper
