If you choose to bring a dog(s) then linens, towels and pillows will NOT be included with your rental. All of these items are the responsibility of the renter. Non-canine animals, (to include "emotional support" animals), are NOT allowed inside our rental units. If it has been discovered that a non-canine animal has been inside your rental unit (i.e. cat hair, feathers, scales, cat litter, etc.) there will be a $250.00 Pet cleaning fee subtracted from the customer's security deposit on file. Please use your best judgement when determining if your canine will be a good traveling partner, well-behaved in a campground setting and respectful of the RV. Any interior damage to the camper will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. Dogs are NOT allowed on any furniture in the RV. Dogs staying in our RVs must have regular flea/tick treatments. If any fleas/ticks are found in RV after rental, pest control treatment will come out of security deposit.Delivery available within 65 miles of our address for a fee of $400. If you are staying in a Corp of Engineer Campground, we cannot deliver the camper. Corp of Engineers will not allow us to deliver a camper that someone else is renting. Please message us with any questions. If you choose to have the camper delivered then you will need to coordinate a pick-up and drop-off time to do a walk through with Joyride staff.Before returning the RV, you should spend some time doing a quick clean. We know you are going camping and don't expect it to come back perfect, but we ask that you empty all trash, clean all dishes, wipe down counters, and remove your leftover food. The RV should be returned largely in the condition it was received. If the RV is returned with dirty dishes, trash, and/or is super dirty (our discretion), a $125 excessive cleaning fee may apply. We ask that you treat the RV as if it was your own.The black and gray tanks must be dumped before returning the RV. If the tanks are not dumped before dropping off then you will be charged a $75 fee. If you prefer to not dump the black and gray tanks yourself then we will do it for you when you return the RV for a fee of $75. You may add this on when making the reservation.There will be a $100 fee for every hour past your scheduled pick-up/drop-off time. We have multiple units coming and going. We need time to get the RV ready for the next guest.Joyride RV Rental has a strict Zero Illegal Drug USE Policy in ANY Joyride rental unit. If any indication of drug paraphernalia is found inside your rental unit, we automatically charge a $250.00 additional cleaning fee to be subtracted from the customer's security deposit; to sweep the unit professionally. We know you are going camping and don't expect it to come back perfect, but we ask that you empty all trash, clean all dishes, wipe down counters, and remove your leftover food. If the RV is returned with dirty dishes, trash, and/or is super dirty (our discretion), a $125 excessive cleaning fee may apply. We ask that you treat the RV as if it was your own.
• We have a strict non-smoking or vaping policy in any joyride rental unit. If any indication of smoking or vaping inside your rental unit is found, we automatically charge a $250.00 fee to your security deposit; to clean, sanitize and deodorize the unit professionally.
• We have a dog friendly pet policy. If you choose to bring a dog(s) then linens, towels and pillows will not be included with your rental. Non-canine animals, (to include “emotional support" animals), are not allowed inside our rental units. If it has been discovered that a non-canine animal has been inside the RV, there will be a $250.00 fee subtracted from the security deposit. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture in the RV. Dogs staying in our RVs must have regular flea/tick treatments. If any fleas/ticks are found in RV after rental, pest control treatment will come out of the security deposit.
• Brake controller required!
• The black and gray tanks must be dumped before returning the RV. If the tanks are not dumped before dropping off then you will be charged a $75 fee.
• There will be a $100 fee for every hour past your scheduled pick-up/drop-off time. We have multiple units coming and going. We need time to get the RVs ready for the next guest.
• Joyride RV Rental has a strict zero illegal drug use policy in any joyride rental unit. If any indication of drug paraphernalia is found inside your rental unit, we automatically charge a $250.00 fee to the security deposit. Additionally, you will be barred from any future rentals with our company.
