Why downsize because of weight capacity? We pull the camper with a Yukon 1500. You can have all the amenities without missing out on space when renting our loaded camper! Great Home away from home. Sleeping capacity of 11. Lots of room for all. Outside Kitchen including sink, refrigerator and cooktop with gas line hookup. Outside shower. Awning with led lighting and outside entertainment speakers. Queen bed in master bedroom with flat screen smart tv and storage closets, also access to bathroom from master. Bathroom includes enclosed shower with hot and cold water , flushing toilet, and sink with hot and cold water, plenty of marine/rv toilet paper provided. Main living area has a trifold sleeper/leather sofa with a flat screen tv dvd stereo sound system speakers throughout with Bluetooth and cd options. Dvd and cd player. U shaped dinette for added seating in dining/living area. Cental air conditioning and ducted heat throughout unit. Full Kitchen includes island with double sink. Refigerator, stove, oven and microwave along with tons of cabinet storage, stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, keurig coffee maker, plates, cups, bowls. Bunk house can sleep 5. 3 bunk beds and 2 fold out sleepers. Also an area that would work well for use of a pack and play for little ones. Bunk house has a wifi capable flat screen smart tv, cable hookup and antenna use.
A one time fee of $50 for Bedding including sheet sets, comforters, blankets and pillows also Towels and washcloths.
A one time cleaning fee is optional, $100. If the camper is left in the same condition in which you've received it, you will not need to apply this fee. However, if the following items need to be done after you have left, there will be a fee charged from the security deposit which may exceed $100 dependent on the time required to clean the unit.These areas must be cleaned in order to not be charged an extra fee. Trash emptied, all items clean... toilet, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sinks, shower, floors vacuumed. Vacuum and cleaning supplies are provided, they are kept in the kitchen island. Basically leave it as you found it and there will be no fee charged. Or if you'd rather have peace of mind, add the optional $100 fee at time of reservation. Any cleaning that is not regular cleaning and requires more effort, such as stains, will be charged accordingly. We have to be particular, to keep the camper nice for everyone.
Optional fee for use of honda generator at $30/night. Generator use would be needed when electric hookup is not available.
