General Rules * Two dog max. * Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. * No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. * No parties or large gatherings. * No illegal drugs. * Maximum occupancy must not exceed the trailer’s sleeping capacity. * Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Towing Requirements * Tow vehicle must be properly rated for the trailer’s weight. * Guest must have prior towing experience * Trailer may not be towed on extreme off-road trails, beaches, or through deep mud or water crossings. Campsite & Usage * Trailer is intended for established campgrounds and maintained forest service roads. * Do not climb or walk on the roof. * Do not use awning during high winds or storms. * Empty gray and black tanks before return. * Return propane to full, or a refill fee may apply. Cleaning * Please wash dishes and remove all trash. * Wipe up spills and leave the trailer in a clean condition. Pets * Dogs allowed with prior approval. * No cats unless approved. * Pets may not be left unattended in the trailer. * Two dogs max. * Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning. Safety * No candles or open flames inside the trailer. * Report any mechanical issues immediately. * Do not perform repairs without contacting the owner. * Follow all campground and fire restrictions. Return * Return on time with the agreed-upon fuel and propane levels. * Report any accidents or damage before check-in. * Late returns may incur additional charges. All items inside exterior storage must be returned in the same storage container and in clean conditions. Please lock exterior storage containers and camper when not in use. All interior storage and items for use will all be accounted for and if not replaced will be charged to customer upon return and inspection.
