The RV drove great! The amenities provided by the RV was exactly what we needed. It was so clean, easy to operate and made are RV so easy and enjoyable. Host Nicole helped with any questions we had and actively made sure we had all we needed and any questions were promptly answered! Would love to use the RV again in the future!

We had the best experience renting from Nicole! She was super responsive and helped us when our other RV rental canceled on us very last minute! The RV was clean and well stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend renting from Nicole!

The RV was in good shape and worked great for our trip. The only downside was the experience after we returned it. Before and during the trip, she never mentioned or provided in writing interior cleaning requirements. On the day we returned the RV, we cleaned it out and completed the exterior cleaning requested in the listing, which was spraying it off at a car wash. However, we were charged for both interior and exterior cleaning. Fortunately, we had taken plenty of photos of the RV at drop-off, and Outdoorsy refunded the cleaning fees after reviewing them. The situation was frustrating because there was a lack of communication, and the communication we did receive tended to be curt. We would have been happy to do additional cleaning if her expectations had been clearly stated. I wouldn't rent from her again.

Renting from Nicole was a breeze! She was very detailed and even gave us pointers for The Gorge to help make our trip enjoyable :) She was extremely prompt with responding to all our questions. I would definitely rent her RV again!! Thanks so much Nicole :)
