Indoor 4 burner stove. 40 gals of propane that run the heater, refrigerator(runs on electric as well) and hot water heater. Inside and outside showers.Absolutely NO Smoking OR Vaping IN Rental! Any smell or signs of smoking inside the trailer will forfeit your entire deposit.
