Melvin provides constant communication, responds quickly, and is very accessible. He proactively sets up the RV for guests (including awning/chairs) and is available when needed. He addressed a fridge issue promptly, sending a mechanic, providing a mini-fridge, and offering reimbursement.
Clean, Spacious, and Stocked
The RV is consistently described as exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and spacious, providing a comfortable 'home away from home' for families. It comes stocked with essentials. Minor suggestions include better cooling in the small bedroom, more kitchen items, and a shade for the sofa.

The RV was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. We were visiting my dad, and having the RV gave us the perfect balance of being close to family while still having our own space. There were four of us—my two boys (14 and 13), my daughter (12), and me—and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. It had everything we needed, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely rent this RV again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home on wheels!
