2021 Pioneer BH250. Vertical clearance required is 11 feet. Max weight fully loaded 6900 pounds. length overall is just under 30 feet. This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a weekend or a few weeks! Bunkhouse has been modified for extra headroom for both beds! All bookings within 7 days of a holiday require a 3 night minimum.Camper comes with a bunkhouse as standard but the bunkhouse can be converted to an office for no extra charge if needed. 2 monitors, keyboard and mouse included.50 ft of drinking water hose, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. King bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total.We just took this camper on an over 7000 mile road trip without any issues. We upgraded all four tires and the spare to a heavier load range tire so blowouts will be very unlikely. this camper towed nicely through the rocky mountains and has plenty of space for your family and pups.Outdoor camp grill and two standard outdoor camping cooktop burners are included. Indoor oven and 3 burners with microwave also.If you are not comfortable towing use my delivery and setup services. If you plan on towing plan to use at least a half ton truck or full size SUV with appropriate towing capacity, minimum 2" receiver and 7 pin plug. You can use my weight distribution hitch and I will set up for you. If you plan on going out west to the rockies or driving through heavy wind like the great plains a 3/4 ton truck or suburban/excursion is recommended.

This RV was perfect for my daughter and I to stay on the grounds at her horse show. Clean, cozy, AC works great, and Rob was a fantastic host. He set everything up for us perfectly and walked me through how to use everything. Great experience!!

Just communicate to me what you would like to do and we can work something out. If you plan on being late at night to return, it may be best to reserve that night as well. If another renter reserves that night the camper will have to be back that afternoon.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

We will do a one hour orientation on the day you pick up in order to explain how everything works. I will also provide a quick reference guide.
