What type of car/truck do you need to tow this trailer? What are the hitch requirements?
R.
The camper weighs approximately 3500lbs dry (this means no water or extra items). When I have it loaded with items and no water, it weighs approximately 3800lbs. Adding water, will bring the weight higher depending on the amount of water and waste when moving it. You MUST have a 7pin plug connection and a brake controller to tow this trailer!

Do I need to pay the prep fee if I bring my own supplies?
R.
Yes, the prep fee is mainly for my time to clean, organize, sanitize and make sure it’s good to go for making great memories!! I happily provide a few small tokens and amenities from home at no extra charges (because I’m a wife and a mom so I try to be prepared, haha). If you’d like to bring your own supplies and would like the upper cabinets for storage, please private message me and I’ll move/store items to free up space.

What are the sleeping arrangements like?
R.
The beds are definitely meant for temporary use. These are not luxury. When there’s minimal people inside, we often put the upper bunk mattress on the bottom one for extra comfort. Then use the upper bunk to store all our duffle bags and such. The dinette table polls come out and then you place it toward the base of the seats. The cushions are all laid flat and that becomes a bed as well.
