Fairly flexible, less flexible if dropping off at airport.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

There is a shore plug for electric included, a 22 gallon water tank and pump that can be filled, grey water tank below sink can be dumped when nearing full.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I work days Thurs-Sunday so those days evenings work best for pickup or drop off. Can also pick up/drop off from the airport!
