NO Burning MAN Rental Requests Will BE Accepted!Everything you need for your camping adventure!This meticulously cared for pet friendly RV, sleeps 6, and comes with a ton of upgraded features! There is a queen slide out in the rear of the RV, a comfortable cab over bunk, a fold down sofa, and a dining table that converts to a small bed. Tons of storage throughout the rig.This RV is equipped with 3 TVs! A 40in TV located in the main cabin, swings out so it can be watched by anyone sitting on the couch or dining table. Another TV is located in the rear bedroom, and this RV even includes an outside TV! Great for watching your sporting events and for outdoor movie nights!The RV has a huge 55-gallon gas (NO Diesel) tank and can go an estimated 400 miles (depending on mountain/valley driving) before it needs a refill! It is also equipped with a rear camera and huge side mirrors.***Turn-IN Requirements***
Remove your belongings, clean out grey/black tanks, refill propane tank and fuel to same levels as was received upon pickup. Please Clean Grill Before Stowing IF Used!!!Upon pick up or delivery, I will do a thorough walk-through of all the RV systems and features. Additionally, I recommend watching the following video on YouTube regarding the general features and control panels, in order to familiarize yourself with the rig. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I will work with you for picking up and dropping off either in South Lake Tahoe, California or Carson City, Nevada! Preferred pick up time is 11am and drop off by noon, but I can often be flexible if needed.
