Sleeps 2 people very comfortably. (It can Sleep up to 4 if you fold down the dinette).
It is available for use at local Tahoe Campgrounds. Not for out of area trips.Includes:

Heater, AC
Generator
Fridge, Freezer
Sinks, shower, toilet.
