5.0This was my first experience with Outdoorsy so I had lots of questions. Every question and every unclear situation I had was immediately clarified by Angela. The motor home was very clean and worked very well for our trip. Picking up the motor home was easy and convenient, the walk thru was clear, and I started my trip with confidence. In fact, our entire trip was flawless, except for one minor issue on our return. The motor home ran absolutely fine, but we heard a warning sound that came from one of the control panels as we were crossing South Dakota. I sent a text to Angela and in less than 10 she called and after a quick diagnosis, it was determined that one of the leveling jacks was indicating a false problem. It was cleared and our trip continued flawlessly. Angela's response was quick and accurate. My next motor home rental will be thru Outdoorsy as long as I can work with Angela.
