Ricardo delivered, set up, and recorded instructional videos anticipating lack of cell service. He was highly responsive, gave thorough walkthroughs, and provided bedding, a gift basket, and extra generator fuel.
Pristine and well-equipped
The Farmhouse Trailer was new, spotless, and in perfect shape. It came fully stocked with supplies including clean beds and towels, and all amenities worked perfectly for a stress-free trip.

5.0Ricardo came in clutch to get a trailer ready after the host from the first rental cancelled 3 days before the trip. He delivered the trailer fully stocked with supplies. Beds sheets, blankets and pillows were provided. Thank you for the complimentary gift basket!. Gave it a nice touch. Extra fuel was provided for the generator. Overall, an awesome experience. Highly recommended.

They went out of their way for coordinating the delivery, set-up and teaching me about the camper and the amenities were incredible. All the added touches really make a difference. There is nothing we could have wanted that wasn’t already there: linens, towels, soaps, dishes, pans, coffee, games, fully stocked!

5.0Wonderful experience. The RV was very new and fully stocked. Ricardo delivered and set it up for us, and then kindly recorded instructional videos and texted us since he was concerned we wouldn’t have cell service to call with any questions when we got there. A great experience and we would definitely rent him from him again.
