IndiVana is a custom Mercedes-Benz sprinter van that is living its second life as an adventurer after spending the first half of its life as an ambulance. Indi fueled (with Diesel) it’s second owners 2020 adventure in lieu of their would have been wedding in March 2020. The van was custom built in Boise Idaho, converting a retired ambulance into an adventure van with all the details to make you feel like you’re living in a beautiful wood cabin. Indi boasts a refrigerator, dinette, full size bed, gas stove, rooftop solar shower, large awning, solar power, lots of plugs for all your gadgets, an iPad holder for a movie in bed on a rainy evening, a pop up tent / bathroom, and rooftop seats for star gazing / unobstructed drive in movie watching. Indi is packed full of high end components making your experience even more comfortable - an interior heater for cold nights and remote control ceiling fan for warm ones.Indi has been coast to coast and brought months of joy in a challenging time. The van comes outfitted with everything you’d need for a few days to a few months of off-grid living. You can plug in to any standard plug at any camp site with power, or you can get into the back country in BLM land and let the solar panels do their job providing you with power for days. Does the old emergency horn from the ambulance days still work… maybe… you’ll have to find out! Idaho is 5-8 hours away for amazing remote boondocking. Glacier National Park is 10 hours away. Vancouver and the Canadian Rockies are just 2-6 hours away. Indi has served many people- both as an ambulance and as an adventure mobile! Please treat her with care and return her as you found her. Please wash, dry, and return dishes to their original location prior to check out and return with a full tank of diesel. If refueling is required after return, a portion of the deposit will be retained to cover the additional fuel cost.

Emily was an excellent host. Good communication, very responsive, and flexible on pickup/dropoff times. The van was amazing, very happy with the experience! Got a lot of compliments. Reliable for driving, cooking, power, water, etc. Easy enough for a beginner to vanlife to figure out after Emily's thorough explanation. Great for visiting national parks and adventuring.
