Enjoy our 32' class C RV with 2 slides. Full kitchen. Enough room to sleep 8-11 people with a queen size bed, bunkbed, large loft bed, and a dinette and couch that converts into beds. On top of having ample sleeping arrangements we also provide enough cups, plates, utensils for 8 people, pots and pans, coffee pot, 2x outdoor lounge chairs, 2 pop up tables, grilling tools, gas grill, awning lights, etc. Its always a good idea to bring disposable cups/plates/bowls/utensils with you.No Linens, pillows, towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets, and kitchen towels included. Please be sure to bring your own.Please Do not fry any foods inside rv. We have included flat top grill for use.No smoking inside!!No refunds will be given due to

If you have any concerns With how to use the generator please contact us.No roof access/climbing on roof allowed!!Our RV has an Automatic Leveling System. Just push a button and it levels itself.The RV should be returned with a full tank of gas and propane levels should be the same as at the beginning of the rental or fees will be charged. $150 refueling fee and $75 propane fee.The black and gray water tanks should be emptied unless optional dump fee selected. The coach should be free of trash, any excessive cleaning required will be deducted from security deposit.**awnings were designed for sunshade only, not protection from the rain.
