Easy to drive 30ft RV with rear camera
-2 slide outs
-Sleeps up to 10pp.
Features a Master bedroom with queen size bed, and a sliding door, 2 twin size bunks- 1 which converts to an additional table and seating area. There is additional queen size bed over the cab. The table converts to additional sleeping area if needed, as well as the couch.
-dining room table (seats 4)
-separate full bathroom with spacious shower
-microwave
-large refrigerator
-3 burner range top and oven
-tons of storage
-built in generator
-AC & Heater
-Outside flat screen TV
-large TV inside with DVD player, as well as 2 smaller TVs in twin bunk areas
-windshield cover and privacy curtain
-several USB charging ports throughout RV
-Onboard stereo with indoor/outdoor sound
-Camping chairs included
-Keurig coffee maker
-Cooking utensils included & kitchen wares
-BBQ and bike rack available***Awning is not included. Outdoorsy insurance does not cover awning usage. Therefore no awning usage is permitted and supply you with a large Coleman pop up tent to use instead.***Special Notes:
1) Unit needs to be returned clean and in the same immaculate condition you receive it or a 175$ cleaning fee will be applied.
2) Black & grey water tanks need to be emptied prior to return or cleaning fees will be applied
3) Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. Any evidence of either will result in loss of the entire security deposit.
