Our spacious camper sleeps 10 comfortably. 1 queen bed, 4 twin bunks, couch & dining table each fold into beds also. It has three slide outs, a large kitchen and dining area. It has 2 separate bedrooms to include a bunkhouse with 4 beds in it. Outdoor kitchen/grill. Indoor/Outdoor speakers. Electric awning. Each room has it's own T.V. Fully stocked, includes linens, dishes and cook wear. I know you will love it as much as we do.
To tow this RV, your vehicle must be capable of safely towing a Gvwr of 8,845 lbs. and have a round 7 way wiring harness equipped with 12V constant power and trailer brakes.
** Delivery only** We will deliver, set up & pick up.

11/2023 Our family rented the 39' Camper (5 adults-3 nights). I requested that the camper be delivered to + set-up on (and later removed) from our Homestead for a family reunion. I was SUPER pleased with the camper. Everything was done for us, even plugged in and water attached. Camper came complete with sheets/covers, portable fans, plenty of pots + pans and cleaning supplies. All we had to do was move in our personal items. Plenty of sleeping space and the shower/toilet area was big enough. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely rent + stay in this unit again. The owners were SUPER nice to work with - could not say enough about how good this experience was.

This RV is amazing! It was everything we needed and was a big part of our trip being so great. The owner had the RV set up prior to our arrival. He walked me through every detail and offered his personal number in case we had questions or issues, to which we had neither.
