5.0Instructions were clear to pick up the car. We were surprised to see the wheel on the right side. I didn't notice it was written on contract. The day we were going to drop off the car, we had a coolant issue 4 hours prior the drop off time. Kyle and Kaylee were very accommodating. They were able to organize a shuttle to pick us up at Masset and drop us off at Sandspit airport on time to get our plane. We are very grateful. Have a fun trip in Haida Gwaii.

5.0Kay and Kyle were awesome! They were very informative for must see spots to see and restraints to visit while on the island. The Subaru Forester was a perfect vehicle for exploring Haida Gwaii, it was clean and well maintained. We will absolutely be renting our vehicles from Gwaii Adventures next time we visit!
