Come enjoy the ultimate in “glamping”! This is a great couples getaway coach that has everything you need for relaxing in style or working from the great outdoors. Interior Dual opposing slides provide a super roomy great room with a rear deluxe tri-fold hide-a-bed sofa, plush theatre seats with heat-light-massage, electric fireplace, 43-inch TV, Bluetooth stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers, stylish free-standing table with four seats, panoramic rear window for a view of the lake or mountains, and custom zebra black out shades The kitchen is completely stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, cups and a coffee maker. There is plenty of storage and counter space in the kitchen which includes an island with farm style sink, coffee bar, 3 burner stove and oven big enough for a casserole or pizza (pizza stone included!), and a refrigerator/freezer large enough for several days of groceries. The private master bedroom has dual entry doors, an upgraded Brooklyn Bedding Arctic Dream queen mattress, nightstands with outlets and usb charging ports, dual shirt cabinets and extra overhead storage. The bathroom features a radius shower with opaque glass doors, a linen cabinet and dual entry from the bedroom and the hallway. Enjoy the outdoors, good times and great friends under your oversized 20’ exterior awning. Outdoor features also include an outdoor shower, bluetooth speakers and a dog latch for your furry friend. Two camp chairs, folding table and camp mat included. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Your security deposit will be reduced by the cost of remediation plus a $100 service fee.
The only furry friends welcome are dogs. Please no cats, rodents, or birds. No more than 2 dogs allowed. Pet fee applies per dog per day of rental.
Renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows or impounds.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter. If the renter believes the tire damage is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation . Reimbursement will be based on that result.
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and contact the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of the trailer, as long as owner is made aware prior to such repairs. Receipts must be provided for reimbursement.
Owner will provide a walk through and instructions for operation of the trailer systems, features and appliances at the time of pickup or delivery to the renter. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow these instructions. Failure to do so may result in damage and renter will be liable for the cost of any repairs.
Pickup time is from 3pm-5pm and Returns are due between 8am and 12pm. A late fee will be incurred if you do not pickup and return within these windows. Deliver will be from 3:00pm- 5:00pm. The renter must be present at time of delivery and renter must provide a RV site reservation confirmation email to the owner at least 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery.
Penalty fees will be charged for the following: failure to empty and flush tanks twice, failure to remove all garbage, failure to clean out personal food or personal
