This rig is in Sioux Falls but if you have ever wanted to try living as a Snow Bird but do not have an RV, here's your chance to try it without buying one!!!
Take a look at the pricing and the discounts!! Get out of the area for the winter. You don't even have to live in South Dakota, I can drive it to your area, within reason.
There's nothing better than traveling in total comfort!
Bunk beds are a huge bonus in this rig! The bunk option also means there's an extra couch (with seatbelts & a screen) for while driving, to space kids out a bit more (the teens love this area)!
An accordion door can be closed to make a totally private space. The bathtub is fantastic for extra storage while driving (we put a large water cooler in there) & quick baths or washing up little kids!This RV is all about fun. Take the Roadhouse on your next adventure and create new memories with your family and friends.
It is a smooth ride with all the necessities and comforts of home.
Have any requests that will make trips easier? Let me know! We can add amenities, within reason of course.Having a generator is great, but keep in mind, it will use up the fuel from the rig, so be aware. It will also not run if the fuel tank is below 1/2 tank. Hooking up to power is the most ideal.Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats) but keep the furry kids under 30 lbs please. Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

This RV has auto leveling and i have leveling blocks if needed. The RV has to be running, parking brake engaged, be on ground as flat as possible, must keep the rig very still (no one moving or walking inside) while it levels. It only takes a few minutes tops. To retract the leveling legs, the rig must be running and just push the retract button on the pad. I can demonstrate this, if needed, or anything on the rig, or all manuals are readily available in the rig. It is glitchy at times.
