This luxury travel trailer is ideal for a couple’s getaway or family adventures, offers an exceptional blend of comfort, convenience, and style. It features a spacious interior, well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities, ensuring a memorable camping experience. Whether exploring scenic destinations or enjoying a relaxing retreat, this trailer is designed to meet your needs and exceed expectations.The trailer comfortably accommodates up to 8 individuals and includes all essential amenities. It features one bedroom with doors and a queen-size bed, double-sized bunk beds, and a full-size dinette that converts into a bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, and air conditioner with ducts throughout the trailer. Electric fireplace that adds to the ambiance when it is cold outside. Additionally, it has two outdoor doors, one leading to the main living area and one to the bathroom. The trailer has fresh water, black, and grey tanks, as well as one slide-out that provides ample space inside. It also includes both outdoor and indoor sound systems, a tow-hitch, and sway bars.Please be aware of the following additional notes:
• A dumping fee of $60 will be added to your trip.
• NO Smoking is allowed in the trailer. A charge of $500 will be taken out of the deposit if any sign of smoking is detected.
• Do not flush any paper products, sanitary items, wipes, or anything that is not 100% biodegradable down the toilet. Flushing any of these items will result in a $150 fee from the deposit.
• Cleaning guidelines below, if not done a $100 fee will be deducted from the deposit.
o Please wash all your dirty dishes, wipe all counters, and sweep and clean the floors before returning the trailer.
o Take out all the trash from your stay.
• Pets are allowed for an additional $25 per pet up to 2 pets allowed.
o Signs of pet damage, stains, or smells will incur a charge of $350, which will be deducted from the deposit.By adhering to these guidelines, you can help ensure that the trailer remains in excellent condition for future renters.We love to go camping with our family and have a lot of supplies. If there is anything extra that you need, please let us know as we might have it.
