Utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, and a few basic supplies are included. Coffee maker, with fresh ground coffee, electric griddle, & cooking utensils. Delivery includes setup, leveled, hooked up and ready to enjoy camper. We take care of dumping/ break down, all we ask is that you wash dishes/ cookware and strip beds of used linens.RecommandationsHappy to deliver to your site of choice. We sanitize all surfaces, items, and do a deep cleaning after pickup.Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the RV, just keep it outside. No cleaning of fish or other wildlife in RV. Remove all trash and clean up any spills.We also have a 30amp super quiet Predator generator that will power the whole unit. Available upon request, see add ons.We typically don’t allow pets, but occasionally make exceptions (we love our dogs, but rarely take them camping with us as some parks are very restrictive).

Todd delivers and sets up the RV, often with AC on, outdoor rug, and seating. He provides thorough operating instructions, is super nice, communicates well, and readily answers questions, even handling last-minute changes or issues.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are SUPER flexible and will do all we can to accommodate your specific needs. We typically can have it all setup and ready before you arrive. It has a keypad/code lock on the door, so no need for key swap (or keeping up with them). Check out is super simple; we just ask that you: 1. Please clean all used dishes. 2. Take out trash. 3. Pile used sheets/ towels under the bottom bunk. 4. And lock it up. We take care of everything else. Todd & Adrienne
