Highly Responsive and Accommodating
Michelle was consistently praised for her super responsiveness, providing thorough walk-throughs, and being accommodating with rescheduling and special requests. One renter reported a late fee dispute and perceived defensiveness during a pickup issue.

5.0It was my first time hauling a trailer. We were given a thorough walk-through and instructions. I felt very confident driving and everything went very smoothly. Definitely ask how to get the speakers to play in the back of the trailer because we couldn’t figure it out. Comfortable and convenient.
